PDG - Pelvic Diaphragm and Girdle - English

PDG - Summary

These are two workshops which teach the student skills to release a twisted, jammed sacro-iliac joint with accompanying leg length difference and possible cervical involvement.

  • They learn disc palpation, how to correct pubic torque and sacral and coccyx (tail bone) compression.
  • They also learn how to improve the muscle tone in the pelvic floor muscles, that are severely stressed or torn during child-birth, and adjust the tone of the sphincters relating to bowel and bladder function, and provide relief from the misery and humiliation of urinary incontinence.

Correct energy imbalances in the pelvic girdle. Use pelvic postures 1,11 and 111, intervertebral disc aerobic/anaerobic function, dural torque, pelvic gaits, sacral respiratory, sacral wobble and universal sacral techniques.
