HMR - Hypertonic Muscle Release - English
HMR - Summary
These three workshops follow on from the original muscle workshops.
They teach how to test for and to release over-tight muscles in
the shoulder, trunk, hip, limbs, head and neck, in a gentle, passive
manner similar to PNF with the added safety factor of precision
muscle testing.
HMR301: Hypertonic Release - arms, legs
Those completing this unit will know the history and be
able to use proprioceptive resets to reduce hypertonicity
in muscles of the arms and legs, including the hypertonic
emotional metaphor and self correction exercises. |
HMR302: Hypertonic Release - head, neck, torso
Those completing this unit will know the history and be
able to use proprioceptive resets to reduce hypertonicity
in muscles of the head, neck and torso including the hypertonic
emotional metaphor and self correction. |
