ECO - Personal Ecology - English
ECO - Summary
These four workshops deal with nutritional health and well-being,
the adverse effects of external stimuli in our environment, the
awareness of the need for dietary modification, nutritional deficiencies
or over-exposure to certain foods or toxic substances; the use
of herbs and supplements; the effect of various foods on our mental
state; maintaining good blood sugar balance, keeping liver function
healthy, the effect of food in speeding up or slowing down our
metabolism.
- Students learn how to carefully monitor the reaction of the
body to any desired addition of a food, supplement or herb. They
learn
how to identify and desensitise the body to immune mismatch
reactions and how to conduct various general and specific cleanses.
- Various adrenal responses are studied, fatigue issues are
reversed, geopathic stress issues are identified and managed,
residual
energy around places and buildings is cleared, the use of magnetic
energy
is explored, personal well-being programs are devised, downward
spiralling health is halted and turned around, and powerful
acu-points re-set points are used to enhance life energy and
vitality.
- The students learn how to detoxify heavy metals and various
other foreign chemicals from the system, how to clear parasites,
bacterial overgrowths and viral energy, and how to utilise
other
clearing
procedures.
ECO201: Lifestyle and Dietary
Modification
Use Kinesiology techniques to correct energy imbalance related
to dietary needs. Use integration for organ energy, addition
and/or deletion of specific foods and/or herbs and/or supplements,
nutritional analysis, slow/fast vibratory foods, rehydration,
sleepers, Riddler points, blood sugar balance, liver function,
dysfunctional tissue techniques, and assess the need for
lifestyle change.

ECO 202: Immune Mismatch Responses. Allergies
and hypersensitivity
Correct energy imbalance related to allergies and hypersensitivity
to food and/or other environmental factors. Use eight allergy
(sensitivity) modes to identify stressful substances. Resolve
allergy causal factors.
